The Medical Student Review Book

A comprehensive book for medical students who want to ace the shelf exam and master the neurology clerkship. There are sections on neuro anatomy, the neuro exam, neuro imaging, and sections with cases and questions for every subspecialty in neurology. This book is all you need to excel in the clerkship!
Resident Review: Case Based Neurology for the Boards and RITE

A case-based review book for residents, focusing on the RITE. However, I’ve also had great feedback from fellow attendings using to to prepare for board re-certification.

Clinical Neurology for Advanced Practice Providers

I developed this book with the assistance of Advanced Practice Providers at multiple institutions, focusing on high level neurology content for individuals with a solid medical background. This is a good resource not only for APP’s, but for primary care physicians or nurses who want a user friendly resource.

Looking for additional resources? I also recommend Stephen Goldberg’s book Clinical Anatomy Made Ridiculously Simple as well as Michael O’Brien’s short but concise, Aids to the Examination of the Peripheral Nervous System. Both books are small enough to fit into a white coat pocket and service as excellent primers as well as references.
